Wieder Tongue Retractor/Depressor 38mm 14cm Wieder Retractor features a right-angled serrated blade to temporarily hold the tongue down or to the side away from the tooth and root area during various oral surgical procedures. The retractor is specifically designed to protect the tongue during lower jaw procedures, where the tongue must be removed from covering the occlusal surface of the teeth. The end of the handle is curved for better control and the blades are available in two sizes to accomodate a range of patients.
